Refund Policy
The cancellation, change and refund rules for Tuk-Tuk Barcelona bookings.
We understand that plans can change. The following conditions explain when a booking may be changed, cancelled or refunded.
Customer cancellations
Unless a different condition is shown during booking, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start are eligible for a full refund. Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
Changes to a booking
Requests to change the date, time or number of participants are subject to availability. Contact us as early as possible and include your booking reference.
Operator cancellations
If we must cancel an experience, we will offer a suitable alternative date or a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled service.
Weather and delays
Tours may operate in changing weather and traffic conditions. Routes can be adapted for safety or operational reasons. Late arrival may reduce the available tour time.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the bank or payment provider. Contact bookings@tuk-tukbarcelona.com for assistance.
