Bookings and payment

Participation and safety
Customers must follow the guide’s safety instructions and behave respectfully. Children must meet the minimum age stated for the experience and remain under adult supervision.
Arrival, routes and service
Please arrive at the agreed meeting point on time. Traffic, events, weather or safety conditions may require route or timetable adjustments without changing the essential nature of the service.
Cancellations and refunds
The Refund Policy applies to cancellations, changes, no-shows and operator cancellations. Any specific booking condition shown at checkout takes precedence where applicable.
Liability and law
Rodando Barcelona S.L. is responsible within the limits established by applicable law. Spanish law governs these terms and, where permitted, the courts of Barcelona will have jurisdiction.
