- Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
- Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended. In winter, we suggest bringing warm, waterproof clothing and gloves.

- The minimum age to participate in Segway tours is 14. Children under this age will join the tour on electric bikes (e-bikes).
- Participants must weigh between 45 and 130 kg and be at least 150 cm tall to use a Segway.
- For safety reasons, pregnant women cannot participate in the tour.
