Your punctuality is essential for the smooth running of your Segway tour. If you arrive late, our guide will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes.

• Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
• Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended. In winter, warm, waterproof clothing and gloves are suggested.

• The minimum age to participate in Segway tours is 14. Children under this age will join the tour on electric bikes (e-bikes).
• Participants must weigh between 45 and 130 kg and be at least 150 cm tall to use a Segway.
• For safety reasons, pregnant women cannot participate in the tour.

• Cold Water Bottle: €1.50 per bottle

The tour itinerary may vary in case of street closures or demonstrations on the day of the tour.

A 100% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or in case of no-show.

No cancellation fee applies for cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance.
