Meeting point and arrival
Meet your guide at our shop at Carrer Diputació 466, 08013 Barcelona, on the main floor of the car park. Arrive 5 minutes before departure.
Passengers and accessibility
The electric Tuk-Tuk and your local guide are reserved exclusively for your group. Children must be at least 2 years old; child seats are available. The vehicles are not wheelchair accessible and pets are not permitted.
What happens if the route changes?
All monuments are viewed from the exterior. If traffic, street closures or demonstrations affect the planned itinerary, your guide may adjust the route while preserving the main highlights whenever possible.
Cancellation policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for a full refund. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.

Is this a private tour?
Yes. The Tuk-Tuk and guide are reserved exclusively for your group.
How many people fit in one Tuk-Tuk?
Each Tuk-Tuk accommodates up to four passengers. For larger groups, reserve the number of vehicles required.
Can children join the tour?
Yes. Children from 2 years old can join, and child seats are available when requested in advance.
What happens if it rains?
The Tuk-Tuks have protective rain covers. Tours normally continue unless conditions make it unsafe to operate.
Are attraction tickets included?
No. This is a panoramic tour with exterior views and selected photo stops; admission tickets are not required.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure. Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
